        I booked a session here for overcoming anxiety about flying. I was quite nervous about the session itself but I arrived on time and was greeted warmly and put at ease straight away. The sessions were very patient centered and I felt actual progress after each one. I am happy to say I was able to board a flight to Slovenia for my first holiday since lockdown. I was a bit anxious at first but my fears soon disappeared. I would recommend
