I was a really late unexpected arrival (turned up in the early hours with a mate who had already booked his room and had a spare bed) and was warmly welcomed. The owner and her son/business partner(?) are really friendly and very much deal with you politely and in a lovely manner. I would definitely stay there again when I'm next back in Rochester. Fab breakfast as well, all for very reasonable price.

I stayed here for one nights stay with my 3 year old. We had a wonderful warm and genuine welcome. I was shown to a room with a perfect view. It was a good size with a good bed and everything you needed. The breakfast is the best Ive ever had! Well cooked and very tasty! Most of all Linda and John are two of the nicest people Ive had the pleasure of meeting, wonderful hosts who allow you freedom and comfort within their home. They treated myself and my daughter with such genuine interest and care. Great place with fabulous people. Would stay again!
