        The worst surgery I have even been registered with. I tried to phone them for a whole day and there was an answerphone all the time. I only need their help once in 5 years but very useless. No change to get an appointment.

        what a fantastic surgery, i have recently moved and have had to find a new surgery and i cannot find another surgery as good as Borstal village surgery. thank you for 14 years of good service from the receptionist through to the doctors many thanks from all of us xx

        We have been patents with this surgery for a number of years. Especially in the current climate of unjustified criticism of GPs and surgeries we wanted to say how excellent the service from the Borstal Surgery is. Getting an appointment is always possible and the reception staff are unfailingly helpful with any sort of query. They deserve recognition as do the doctors, nurse practitioners and other colleagues.
