Careful about one way street, else it was easier to collect my parcel. You need pay for parking though, which I feel not fair with customer.

Excellent experience, a young man named Gabriel was very helpful and also very nice to look at. Went above and beyond to help me. Would give 6 stars if I could

I've always had an excellent service from Rochester, the posties always go above and beyond to help. It's just a shame some people don't know the difference between a post office and a delivery office, maybe then they would get the opening times correct when looking them up on the Internet...

Firstly let me say if I could give 0 stars I would. I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration with the terrible customer service that I received from Royal Mail. I missed my delivery so I was sent to pick up my parcel at this delivery office, when I got there I was told I needed more identification than I needed so I went home to collect my driving licence, bank cards and even brought along a utility letter (you would think I was collecting a passport). When I got back the second time, the same person who sent me home then said my name didn't match the parcel so he refused to give me my parcel. So I now shared the Deed to my property and still nothing, instead they offered to re-delivery my parcel after wasting an hour of my time. Why would you not make that offer the first time I came instead of wasting more of my time?! This entire experience was a waste of my time. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service that I received from Royal Mail. Not only was my issue not resolved, but I wasted a significant amount of time and energy trying to get it resolved. I would recommend against ANYONE buying "special delivery" as there is nothing special about it, it just simply adds more difficulty and stress to getting your parcel. To avoid this issue again, I will simply avoid Royal Mail all together.
