        Had some bad experiences where some things were missing but today Charlotte made my ordering experience a good one she made sure all things were available for the order over the phone with me reassured me and ensured I got my goods. Thank you

        The opening hours are not accurate, it says the store closes at 11pm online and on the door yet its consistently closed much earlier than this. Its very frustrating to get there only to see the doors been locked much earlier than specified, all other shops like Tesco manage to keep to the correct times but for some reason Coop seems to have different hours every day and close whenever they feel like it utterly unacceptable. Even when open they never have anything in stock, and when they do have its overpriced anyways.

        Nice staff, good stock and a decently sized shop. Only issue is its tucked away so you wouldn't see it if you were walking down corporation street - if the shop had a sign on the other side of the station it would have a lot more people going to it

        For some reason if you type in coop Riverside me11nh it comes up in canal road strood but it's actually located behind Rochester train station near travellodge
