I has eyelash extensions and a manicure/pedicure here. The service was good, the staff were friendly. I felt my nails were slightly rushed I only asked for French gel polish on both my fingers & toes. Some of the white tips were slightly wonky (not super noticeable though so it was okay) & I was told the nail tech would only take cash but when I booked I was told card payments were accepted also. I kept my lashes dry for 48h after application although I was given no maintenance advice from the lash tech just a spoolie even though Id told her Id not had individual lash extensions before. (Their patch test is also optional?) About 2-3 days after having my nails done they started to lift off my nail bed and chip which I was very disappointed with considering Id paid 57 for the set. My lashes were lovely and I was so pleased with them for about 6 days then they started to fall out in clumps leaving huge gaps. I know that its normal for lashes to fall out over time but not half a set in the space of a day or two.( I had natural hybrids which were about 40 I think) Overall Id have to say I was unimpressed with the quality of the services & unfortunately will not be returning or recommending this place as I had this done before going on holiday and now less than a week into my holiday Im having to pay to have everything redone. Booked for my girlfriend as she lives coming here to get her nails done. We live in Sweden but whenever we come to Uk its the first place she wants to visit. She says they last well; service is fast and prices are good
