        Turned up just now as the post office is advertised as being open until 5pm was informed by the lady behind the counter to come back In 15 minutes as the person that serves behind the post office counter has gone out! So a wasted trip.

        Very limited foreign exchange options and poor training - the 2 staff members couldnt process my return of Euros as didnt know how to do it. Do not rely on for currency services.

        They wouldn't take my royal mail click and drop. It's in their contract with the Royal Mail that they have to take it.
