Merlin Pharmacy

Have been using this pharmacy as a family for at least 60 years. The last 5-7 years have been awful. Missed items, items not in stock. The girls out front are lovely and do their best but the manner of the pharmacists is rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Weve now changed pharmacies do to the medication needed is more specialised and another pharmacy can provide a better service.

Never the right stuff in stock and loads of excuses why the orders never turn up on time. When I questioned why something had taken more than two weeks for something that was promised in 48 hrs, got shouted at and told to bloody well take it elsewhere then. So we have moved to the pharmacy on Pattens Lane.

Every time I've had to contact this pharmacy for a prescription I've been met with disinterested unhelpful staff who cannot be rid of you soon enough! I've been trying to chase my daughter's prescription all day and they have now told me I need to go to the surgery I was seen at today, which is a half hour drive away, to get some kind of token for them to find a prescription. Basically, I'm supposed to do their job for them?
