Spoke to a lovely lady pharmacist here today after my elderly mother was in severe pain with stomach/bowel issues. So helpful and informative. Bought the recommended medication and problem resolved almost straight away. Thankyou very much x

Usually I dont review but this time I decided to do it . Is the second time when I called and asked at what time they open up for prescription collection and they are telling me that is the same as opening times , I specifically asked if they are sure because I have been there once and I had to wait for one hour because of this , now this morning it happened again , being told to come at 7 am and guess what , they dont give out your prescription until 9 am . So now waiting for 2 hours because they are not able to clarify this issue . Staff should know when you call the pharmacy!

Delivery could be improved and communication but overall they are a great pharmacy and Pam who's the leader of the team takes her job very seriously and any complaints will be dealt with Immidetly.
