The place was lovely, but we arrived from Sheppey just after 2pm it was really busy, but was told we could only stay for an hour and was still charged 7.50. Totally not acceptable I would have gladly paid 4.00, no reason given just apologies.

Had my daughters birthday there the lady who was our host wasnt listening and you could clearly tell she didnt want to be around kids and got a good hand full of kids meals wrong, done the birthday cake before even eating so the kids then wasnt interested in eating because they wanted cake, pre made ice cream that was like a brick kids then had to wait a good 10 mins for it to melt before tucking in, wasnt that interested in checking in on if we have finished meals/pudding or even cleaning up the adults of the party had to and take food bowls to the kitchen area

Came for a party. Lots for the kids to do. Decor is a bit unloved and old But otherwise its a nice place for kids to play.
