Rochester Care Home

Ive been working here for over a year and what a year its been. I love coming in to work and seeing my lovely residents. I love spending time with them and hearing about their life stories. Its amazing the bond you build with the residents and thats something I will always cherish. I work with a great team we all work together to provide the best for our residents. The manager is lovely and supports all of her staff and wants nothing but the best for the people we care for.

Friendly , approachable staff and great manager at Rochester Care Home - genuinely care about the residents welfare. Range of activities for mental and physical stimulation provided to residents. Every time Ive popped in the environment has been clean, bright and fresh. Overall great.

Been working at Rochester for 3 years. The environment is very welcoming and friendly. The staff are always there to help, the care that they give to the residents is absolutely from their hearts, always caring for the residents best interest and care. The manager is always there for staff , family and for each residents. It's always lovely to be on shift with such an amazing staff and working towards giving the best life possible in a safe environment.

This home is welcoming, I have dyslexia so need more support, staff have given me so much support over the year that I have been here. My manager is fabulous and approachable. Great place to work. Great team.

Great team, been here a year now and fully supported throughout my role. The residents are lovely. Fun friendly and welcoming place to work. Manager is very good, door always open to support every member of staff.
