Tapi Carpets & Floors

Luxury vinyl flooring was fitted, but there were gaps between the bath and toilet units which gave a less then good quality look, but more importantly, also the longer term problem of water seeping through the edges. Asked them to seal the edges and was previously told that this could be done and someone would call me back. A week later, no phone call. When I called Alfie, "the manager", he said this was not something they do, but to use a service via Checkatrade to sort this out. Outrageous service, left with a floor, which now needs to be sealed at an additional cost! Will never use them again. Unfortunately, if you use Tapi, you may not get what you pay for...

Good helpful staff instore. Fitters were even better. The order did take a little while to come in. I like to fact you can pay the fitters by bank transfer now and not having to hand over cash

Great service by Gary who came to measure up and had the horrible task of matching a carpet I ruined, but he did and the store at chatham, pleasure to deal with. Pleased with the quote and awaiting the carpet now.
