        Great place . All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lost 6 kilos for 7 months. Feeling great. I have no back pain anymore. Love Pilates with Jodie and aqua fit with Kim. I have a feeling as I joined the holiday club. Many thanks to all team

        As a returning member after many years absence (due to personal circumstances) I am really impressed with the advances the centre has made. The gym has everything you would need. The ladies only section is a joy. The pool is excellent. The standard of cleanliness is faultless. The staff are friendly and helpful. As a bit of an old codger I feel very comfortable here.

        Updated since my last review as elements have changed. Pros: staff are great, always friendly and polite. Lots of cardio machines Wide range of weight machines Spa area is nice and well kept Dumbbells and machines are well ordered Cons: peak time I haven't for the last two months managed to complete the workout I'd hoped to, and this is a recent shift. I don't recommend between 1700 and 1900 Shower areas are dirty and there is/was black mould in the showers Fellow gym user manners is -10/10. No weights put back, personal space not observed, dumbbells left lying across the gym.
