Had phone appt today with dr Syed regarding an ongoing cough that both my partner and myself have had for over 8 weeks.Although I had to wait 10 days for consultation,I feel the dr asked the right questions and gave several options to help our situation. Hopefully it will be resolved ..Thankyou

I have had good experiences. After experiencing a loss i have received support and treatment that has helped with my mental health. The last 3 weeks i have suffered an infection of some kind where i have used e consult and i have been called the same day and seen the same day & treatment plan. I understand calling the surgery can be frustrating but they are answering calls from people that require assistance like myself so it cannot be avoided sadly. I am sure if they were able to treat everyone more quickly and answer calls faster they would. For those who are able to use e consult online then i would encourage this so you are able to get the assistance required quickly. May even speed up the answering of the phones. I have been frustrated on a professional level where i have waited 35 people before me. So do understand it is frustrating. Am thinking maybe a box on the counter may help with things that can be viewed later that arent as urgent? I see many people waiting to cancel an appointment or ask a question that could be dealt with another way. P.s there is an option on the phone to cancel appointments

Good luck to anyone needing an appointment. You'll be on hold from the moment the phone lines open until someone picks up 30+ minutes later. Then you'll be told to do it all again tomorrow you might get lucky! Doctor Denise is the laziest person in the surgery.
