Our ecommerce business has worked with OFEX for several years now, and it's been a wonderful partnership. From the beginning, Sam and the team were interested in us personally and responsive to our needs. They always respond super promptly to any questions or problems, and our customer service staff have always spoken really highly of OFEX. Having visited their warehouse several times, I can also speak very highly of their organisation, professionalism and their genuine friendliness! I've also appreciated over the years how OFEX have been quick and proactive in dealing with significant events, e.g. weather disruption and the coronavirus crisis.
