Fitted Aspect stove and liner in Aug 2021. Chimney liner now collapsed, firebrick broken and unable to contact company.

I have had 2 log burners installed by the team, very professional jobs both times. Furthermore despite obstacles in the way they made sure they got the job done. I am so pleased with both of the log burners installed. I would highly recommend this company.

Very impressed with On Point Stoves. Great customer service and an amazing job by Mathew and the team. I love my long awaited log burner and beam. Turning my existing 1990s ugly gas fake coal fire into something I am so happy and proud of. Cant wait for the decorating to be finished and some cold days to get it going. Thank you

Amazing job from start to finish. Couldn't be happier. Connor, Shelley and team were all really professional and friendly. Installation went without a hitch and they were all so tidy too! Will definitely be using On Point again for everything else that needs doing ... which is a lot! Thank you all so much xx

We have just had our new false chimney breast and log burner installed and to say that we are over the moon is an under statement. I can not fault Matthew and the team that worked on our project, the whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Matthew was very helpful from the initial quote and we loved the fact there was no hard sale, he was very calm and gave us lots of advice. We was so impressed that we didn't even get other quotes as we felt Matthew and On Point were the company for us to use. They built our false chimney breast which is a great feature and looks amazing ( i have attached a picture) and nothing was to much trouble. They were clean, tidy and polite and we highly recommend them to anyone, we were very impressed. Thank you Lee & Lisa
