        Poor customer service, lacking in professionalism. Contacted to make a very simple enquiry about business facilities at premises. My question was ignored and randomly I was told of another business in Chatham. In my query I made clear I am asking about this business as it is more local to me. It's a shame because there's a nice website and social media account but from my experience it's just a front for bad manners

        Jess was amazing! She is a great loctician. She is very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. She really made me feel like a VIP. She takes her work very seriously and puts a lot of effort to get the best results. I would definitely recommend her. Really glad to have found her.

        I love my locs and enjoy the simplicity it brings to my daily routine. The installation was really comfortable. Jessica was warm, friendly and hospitable. She was very professional and detail focused. This has resulted in the right locs suited to my hair texture and head shape. Great service!
