W Naylar & Son Funeral Directors

If there was a no star option I wouldn't have put one star. I would of thought ALL staff in this line of business should be compassionate and caring but this obviously is not the case because Fiona Crosby is far from compassionate. This hateful person has denied myself (her sibling) the deeds to my sons grave as a spiteful way to get at me. She is using a poor babies grave as a weapon against me. The deeds are in my late mother's name and can only be transferred with the permission from all siblings but fiona has refused and knows I cannot have my ashes put in the grave with my son when I pass which has always been my wish. Also anything I put on my late mother's grave, she remves. Is this really someone who is caring and compassionate? She is fake and has no compassion whatsoever.

Brilliant threw out this emotional challenging time, Fiona was a true professional, kind and considerate. Getting to that age where the suit comes out for more funerals than christenings and weddings I would always recommend Fiona at W Naylar & Son to anybody going threw what is a horrible part of life as for both Mum and now Dad. Even thou they parted 6 years apart Fiona remembered us and Mum, you can't put a price on that level of comfort and true individual attention to detail.

I have had 7x family members funerals from here and many friends, dating from years ago to a couple of weeks ago and I've nothing but praise for the staff ,their dignity and respect goes the extra mile and exactly what you want from here.

Naylor and son have exceeded my expectations, yesterday I said goodbye to my brother and it was extremely well done by naylor and sons, fiona, the very nice lady in the office is an amazing woman and understanding in every way, treated my brother like he was a friend to her, kept in touch throughout arrangements, and was at the end of the phone if I needed to ask a question. Graham, the manager was brilliant, respectful, helpful, and understanding. We had two limos, both drivers were exceptional. It was a sad but amazing day and my brother would be proud. I have used naylor and son three times now, 2 brothers and my dad, each time it's been amazing, thank you naylor and son, x Update My mother died very soon after my brother , I owed money to naylor and son , I had no help with the cost of his funeral and tried so very hard to get it together . Mum died soon after and had to find more money for another funeral , all my family have passed now and we always used this director , they refused to take my mum and cremate her dispute having all of the cost from a loan I took out . I was distraught to say the least , after losing my bro and then my mum I could have done with an understanding funeral director , but no luck here . Josh weir and sons buried her for me in the end and I was happy with the service that they provided
