Update Everything has changed in this practice. Doctors, receptionists, managers , nothing is same. The way it worked was perfect but it is different system now. All the doctors practices are going downhill, we need to save NHS. lovely doctors, trust their advice, they wont write a prescription unnecessary which is great. getting a appointment could be tricky these days but that is not doctors mistake.

I have been with this surgery for over 10 years and I have had nothing but excellent care from them...today I was very unwell and the doctor called me back and within 30 minutes my prescription was at my pharmacy...I know alot of people say they can't get through to their doctors but not once have i been let down....very professional and competent practice

I've found this practice the most competent and up to date practice in Medway. Yes it can sometimes be a struggle to get an appointment same day (as with and GP) but their online services allow a convenient way to get non urgent appointments. The reception staff are very professional and friendly. The doctors and particularly Michelle are the best health care providers I've ever seen.
