Staff polite but The doctor we see for my 3 year old was imcompitant rude and just did not listen to me atall my child had a fever for over a week not eating or drinking much had stomache pain he had previously had a throat infection aswell. she told me he was unwell because he has a bad diet and gave him movicol for constipation WHICH HE DID NOT HAVE ! ONE day later he ended up at the hospital with SEVERE Tonsillitis i asked the doctor to look at his throat specifically and she did but i could see she didnt look properly she said nothing WRONG with his throat. Clearly a LIE could tell she was not interested atall which then led him to end up in hospital...DISCUSTING is she isnt interested in her patients maybe she should get another JOB !!!!

Poor service at reception. Too busy chatting even when the queue is growing. I had to leave as my appointment was 45 minutes late. Receptionist phoned me to ask where I was - I explained & she said I should have let her know. I said that I didnt have time to queue at reception again & she promptly hung up on me. Bad attitude!!
