We have three biomass boilers supplied by this company. They promise the earth but do NOT give the support. The web site claims 24hr support. Untrue!
We have constant problems with the boilers leading to a loss of money and a negative response/ reviews from our customers ( a busy B&B). Boilers go down literally daily so no hot water/ heating. They cannot deliver enough fuel and what is delivered is often substandard. The M.D. John Black whom we have emailed as he won't take our calls, doesn't even have the decency to reply!
These boilers have cost us thousands of pounds to install let alone the loss of revenue to our business. I am not one to usually vent frustration in public, however, due to the apparent apperthy on Mi Generation's part I feel that if this review ( I am happy to provide evidence to anyone interested) prevents even one single person from falling into the misfortune of dealing with them, it has been worth it.
