I found Quality Seal online and decided to call them to quote for a replacement conservatory/lean-to, and for new windows and doors. I chose them based on their good reviews on various sites and they certainly lived up to expectation. When Adam came, at this point I'd had enough of the big suppliers, their pushy sales patter, and their lack of understanding of what I wanted. Adam listened to my requirements and even came up with some suggestions of what could work better and had all the knowledge of building regs. etc., something the big companies didn't communicate. He was honest about the cost and timeframes. Adam had been patient with my delays for several reasons on getting the job started but he was able to pick up where we left off and got the orders in. The installation was started when expected and the quality of the windows and doors is excellent. Although installation ran over I had no issues. It was well worth it and understandable. Very little was straightforward with our installation due to the age of the house and the previous windows being recessed out. I can see that Adam really cares about his work and considers the attention to detail when fitting, and finishing off installation. Adam and his team are very polite and pleasant; the resident comedian Josh is hilarious. We called Adam back for another job involving a new piece of glass with extractor fan and we had all our lintels boxed and releaded also. 3 words to sum up, reliable, honest and impeccable.
