Bought an item from their Motorworld store on amazon, had to return for refund. Despite sending item back they refused to communicate or issue refund. 7 days after the return has been delivered claiming back via amazon guarantee scheme. Do not use.

Great customer service. Paint was dispatched quickly but when it arrived the lid had come off and the paint and it was mostly in the surrounding plastic bag but had seeped into the box. I took pictures and contacted the company but was unable to to attach the pictures. Without any further question the company reimbursed the cost. Great service but not great packaging unfortunately.

Avoid buying Paint from this company, we ordered some from eBay it came packaged like someone just didnt care with it in a blue bag with just bits of cardboard taped around it. Now it arrived with no lid attached and all the paint was spilt into the bag. Unbeknown to us we signed for it and we stuck it on our door step. Now on going to unpack it later we realized the second we started to open the bag that it was all spilt, I ended up with it all over my hands and it also ended up all over me door step (we have to get a company to pressure wash our door step) now it was all over my hands and I have to move my Daughters new IPad out of the way to get to the sink and yes we now have paint on that also which my 9yr old Daughter isnt to pleased about as it was a Christmas Present.. Shocking company after sales.. We are also going to show case this on all social media platforms!!!!
