Under staffed, left waiting for hours just to collect a car. Horrible after care. Once youve paid for the car dont expect anyone to care or help after that. Sales men not pushy which is a positive but they dont have time to be. Service light was on the car when I test drive it was told it had been serviced and the light would go off. After a few days I called back to check the date it was serviced to be told it hadnt been serviced! Shocking customer service and was lied to about the service. I now have to use my own time and petrol to get the car back to them, which isnt local, for the service the sales man said was done

A pleasure to deal with, from the moment we walked in there was no hassle or hard sell just informed they were there if we needed them great selection of cars in a reasonable buget, we were free to walk around with no pressure. We waved for help to view a car and the sales Guy came over, couldn't have been more helpful, showed us what we needed, was really informative on the cars. We asked to test drive one and it was a good experience, the whole purchase of the car was really simple and there was no pressure at all which makes a change. Overall would definitely recommend to family and friends as a place to buy a car as the whole approach, service and selection of cars was outstanding

Proceed with caution. Saw an Insignia car for sale. Before I bought it, I checked with the salesman (Martin Travis) and, amongst other things, was told by him and his colleague it had a full service history available online. After I bought it, that turned out to be a lie. The sales Manager (Paul Corbin) checked with his team and they denied saying it had a full service history. So they are liars and when I asked for a refund they said "no". In addition, on their website, all cars "are sold in as new condition" and with "a full service and MOT if needed". That is also a lie. My car was supplied without a current service and with a faulty blind spot sensor on the off side mirror. After arguments, I returned the car for its much needed service. The service team argued that spark plugs were not part of the service, despite Paul Corbin agreeing to them. They also argued about checking for damage before I gave them the keys and returning the old parts to me so I could see what they had replaced. However, one of the service team took initiative and sorted things out... credit to this friendly chap! However, on collection, I checked and they had even put the wrong oil in. So, if you are buying from this company, remember that they cannot be trusted. Some of their staff are liars and some like to argue. Of course, that does not mean they are all the same. Make sure you research your car before you buy it, ensure everything you discuss and agree is recorded or put in writing and do not pay for it until you have a full, complete, unambiguous description of what you are buying. After that check, check and check again to ensure that everything they have agreed to has been done properly. I think this would have been a much better experience for me if the team I dealt with has been upfront to start with. I would not have bought this car but I may well have bought another.
