I have personally been using Zen Software for over 10 years in my current role. I can't recommend them enough! If you do partner with them, you will quickly form a "first name" basis relationship with the guys. The phone only ever rings a few times before you get hold of somebody and that somebody has never had to refer our call, my questions have always been answered on the spot, every time. Absolutely marvelous support. I had a bad day and couldn't for the life of me remember the steps for sending out a mass mailing (same documents to a list of addresses). They spent a considerable amount of time guiding me through the process via phone ( and if needed remote access). That alone was worth the cost of the software in my situation. Mdaemon is very comprehensive and is well worth a look especially with such marvelous support behind it.

Been with Zensoftware for over a decade as we use Mdaemon. They have always been fantastic in any issues we have had and are very patient with us for some of the more difficult technical ones. Keep up the good work Ross, Mark and crew.
