        The director of this company is a landlord that doesnt notify his tenants of significant building works taking place on his property and ignores requests for information. He changes electricity rates for tenants without notice (in the middle of winter in a pandemic!!!), subjects them to unbearable noise levels during lockdown making working from home impossible, and subjects them to unsafe living conditions with builders blocking up the communal entrance with rubble and not wearing masks or socially distancing.
