Literally the worst academy in terms of communication. The school assistants are unqualified for the tasks ahead. They don't care about the pupils wellbeing. My children study in the academy and one of my children felt very ill to the point that he's vomiting in the bathrooms crying and panicking. My child was so desperate that he had to use his phone (witch it is not allowed) he talk with one of the members of staff and they ignoring completely make him feel like his feelings don't matter. On top of it I was at work and i called the school to know more about his situation. I called three times, this ladies that their job is picking the phone.. didn't have no information regarding my kid's wellbeing I asked them to go and check with a promise that i would get a call back, I waited and no call was made to me. So I called back like a concerning parent. They picked up the call and the lady on the other side of the line was unprofessional and rude to me and on the top of that she hang up the call (imagine my rage). Long story short I went to the school to pick up my child, the first aid team didn't acess my child, the head of year didn't have a clue of what's going on and they me wait for my child who's ill and vulnerable for more than 30 minutes. Worst experience ever.
