        Wanted a custom brush letterbox draught excluder - enquired as per instructions on the website, no answer to emails over a 3 week period, and the phone number just rings out and goes to voicemail. Avoid.

        Terrible company. Ordered from a few years ago and was fine. Ordered again online, but the wrong product arrived and is useless. The phone numbers don't connect. No one answers the emails. Will have to take it further to get our money back. DON'T USE!!!
