Over an hour late on a order that was placed @14.30 for a delivery @18.00 absolutey pathetic its now 19.15 and the orders still not hear how this business is surviving I don't know. Ruined our plans THANK PAPA JOHNS

Placed my order quickly and easily and it was ready for collection in just 10 minutes. The food is always hot and tasty, I'm always happy with the service I get from Pappa Johns Parking: Easy to find a parking spot

Order online 2 pizzas, after 1h i ring and ask about order. Lady told me is on the way, should be. In 10-15min,after half hour ring again and men told me is on the way should be in 10 min, 3rd time I ring after another 20 min and requested for refund, because almost 2h waiting, they refused to give me back my money!!! It was my last order ever in Papa Jons. Completely doesn't care about customers. You charge 2 for delivery and don't do job!

Appalling service.... ordered delivery before 8pm and was still not delivered over an hour later.... no answer when we rang so had to go out and collect.... upon arrival was told some item not available so had to choose something else... were given a bottle of soda to compensate.... but considering we had paid for delivery and then collected ourselves I am not at all impressed.... would like to have given 0 stars
