    I started doing these classes after suffering from a bulging disc around 3 years ago. After successful treatment by Tracy at Bradley Physio I decided I needed help so I could continue to work as a holistic therapist without strain. I attend via Zoom & always feel great for doing them. Tracy is really knowledgeable and gives clear, helpful instructions and adaptations for all abilities. Highly recommended!

    Tracy's pilates classes are very easy to follow and she explains different levels to suit your ability or how you are feeling on the day. She also gives specific recommendations to individuals who are struggling with injury. Very reasonable too, especially considering she is a qualified physiotherapist!

    I'd like to start by thanking Tracy for all her time and effort in getting these online sessions together. Thank you Tracy! In normal times, group sessions are an hour long and you definitely feel as if you've worked your body, so I was a little sceptical that a thirty minute session online would work as well. How wrong I was. Having just completed the Easter egg session I can feel myself standing a little taller, a little more compact and a little more upbeat. Beat the lockdown blues and join Tracy in a session of Pilates.

    I began Pilates sessions in Bradley's studio following physio treatment in 2019. In 2020 I was classified as extremely vulnerable to Covid 19 so I then took part in online Pilates sessions with Tracy, which I have continued to date. I thoroughly enjoy and benefit greatly from Pilates. Tracy always suggests adaptations to moves for anybody with problems and demonstrates different levels of movements for you to decide which is best for you on the day. My overall physical health has improved enormously by doing Pilates and, particularly during lockdowns, my mental health has been supported with the ability to still take part online. I am very grateful for the services of Bradley Physio and highly recommend their Pilates sessions, whether in studio or online.
