I visited because I was directed by the NHS to visit the chemist for a COVID-19 vaccine boost. I must confess the staff were cheerful, accommodating and acted professionally. Based on my experience I encouraged people around to patronise the chemist.

On a few occassions i have had trouble with this Pharmacy but this week was the worst ever so bad that ive had to change my Pharmacy to somewhere more reliable. I telephoned on monday morning to get my repeat pescription for urgent medication however... the phone just kept ringing and ringing and after 4or5 tries they decided to answer only to tell me to ring back tomorrow as their system was down. So i called up on Tuesday morning and that also took around 3-4 tries before they answered to be told the exact same thing and ring back the next day as their system was still down. This morning i tried around 10 times to get through and got no answer at all. Out of pure frustration, This then led me to contact my GP and have them send a repeat perscription somewhere else and i have now chosen a more reliable pharmacy to collect my medication from. The service here is an absolute shambles and this is not the first time myself or a family member have had trouble getting urgent medication and this pharmacy really needs looking into by higher management going forward as they clearly cant be bothered to help and serve the community. Be warned people.
