I have many health conditions so rely greatly on the service of my local pharmacy. How refreshing to encounter such kind, helpful and friendly staff! The staff are ALL terrific and it makes for a pleasurable weekly visit. Thanks to all the staff for a truly excellent service.

Useless. They have provided wrong information of when I can pick up a prescription. Then on the day they forgot to tell me that they have none in. I return to the store after getting in my car and it takes 5 mins before they tell me they dont have any in stock and provide no solution. Then once I got home I rang 108 times with nobody answering.

Every time my husband goes to collect my prescription, there is an item out of stock. We asked if we could try somewhere else to try and get it and was told it wasn't possible as the prescription was electronic. I thought we had a choice if the item wasn't available, to try and get it elsewhere! I worked in the dispensary of a chemist for years and if we were unable to get the item(s), then we offered the prescription back to the customer.
