        Thank you today with help to order a prescription from my surgery urgently. Assistant advised me how to proceed and when I rung back after contacting surgery she said e Mail prescription had already come through and would be ready for collection. Many thanks. Greatly appreciated

        Never answer the phone! Having to constantly go in to re order my medication. Ridiculous service

        Stood here at 10am and the chemist should have opened at 9am. Can't open because they don't have a pharmacist. Same happened yesterday. What's the point of a chemist if people can't access their medication. I normally use Pharmacey2U who are brilliant. The staff told us they don't know when they will open. Disgusting and unreliable service. It's back to Pharmacey2U for me.
