Bought 2 items paid for them, one I thought was over the top, received what I thought was my receipt and it was "ONLY" a debit card receipt, which is against the law. Had to wait and wait for their struggling computer to reboot and was told a manual receipt could only be given. Will use for prescriptions but buying anything from here in the future is a no-no!

Since KPS sold out to the current owners this pharmacy has gone rapidly downhill. The phone isn't answered, medicines aren't ordered, waiting times in the shop run to half an hour plus, people are told medicines aren't available (where the previous pharmacist would try different suppliers until they were sourced) . It's a shambles. Such a shame as it was an excellent pharmacy previously. It must be heartbreaking for the staff who have worked there for years to see what has been done to Oldham Rd Pharmacy.

I cant give zero stars unfortunately. The pharmacy dont answer the phones. They dont deliver medication. The staff are rude. The staff tell lies. I know they have recently been taken over by another company but there is NO reason or excuse for their unacceptable treatment of loyal customers. Ive since left and will not be going in the shop for any reason!!! Avicenna this is just not good enough.
