        Pre-ordered two tyres to be fitted on van a week later, arrived on the appointment date hoping that it would take roughly 25 mins to fit, Remember tyres were ordered before hand, Nothing but faff around backwards and forwards, total time spent waiting for tyres to be fitted One Hour & Twenty five minutes, absolute joke Don't have this problem with National tyres when you pre-order tyres, four tyres fitted on car , All done within three quarter of a hour. ATS need to get your act together, keeping customers waiting to long.

        Poor service. This out fit couldn't even track a go cart. With the type of Hillbillies working here, they don't have a clue about wheel alignment. I got a refund through their head office and an apology.

        Sadly got turned away to busy always used ATS ended up going to Kwik Fit who sorted my car no problem. You lost a good customer today.
