Just recently got a mortgage through Amal Finance, exceptional level of service. The chap was very professional and friendly, he made it a very streamlined journey when I thought it was going to be much more difficult and time consuming. He kept me well informed throughout the process and was always available if I needed to get in touch. So overall it was an amazing experience, would definitely recommend Amal Finance if you want someone reliable, professional and surprisingly reasonably priced especially in today's current market, thought I would be paying so much more, then get yourself through to Amal Finance for a mortgage. I am a first time buyer, naive and had no experience or info regarding the process. Talha at Amal Finance proved to be one stop solution. Very decent and helpful person, with can do attitude and approach, full of empathy always willing to help and always willing to go extra miles whenever needed. My purchase was Right to Acquire , he helped me contacting Rochdale Borough Housing , sending them emails, filling the forms to getting the offer letter from them. He guided me and helped me in each and every step of Right to acquire process and then helped with the mortgage, as not many lenders do RTB/RTA mortgage, When I started the process it was very challenging time as interest rates were unpredictable and were continuously rising. Talha managed to get a competitive rate for me. I didnt know any trustworthy solicitors/conveyancer, so Talha recommended a reputable solicitor who helped with the process. first mortgage offer letter was at the rate of 6.60%. At this point technically Talhas job was completed, and I forwarded the Offer letter to solicitor and RBH But interest rates started to decrease as things began to stabilize in the market At this point as always Talha went beyond his duty As the completion date was not set yet and we had not exchanged contracts He managed to get me a lower rate and revised mortgage offer letter with the best available interest rate of 6.10% After few weeks rates came down further and he got another revised offer letter with the rate of 5.75% After some time rate further came down and he got another revised offer letter with the rate of 5.08% He went beyond his duty for me which resulted in massive saving From 6.60% to 5.08% . Whenever I needed any help he was always available to help, prompt responses, highly professional. He took away all of the stress from the first time buyer purchase process. I highly recommend him as he guided me through each and every step of the RTA application Anyone with any financial need should contact him He has a wide range of lenders available, and you will have access to the full market

Amal Finance is a brilliant company to get your mortgage sorted through. Talha was very professional and knowledgeable and helped secure a mortgage when it was very difficult to sort one out, for me personally. He worked quickly and efficiently and didnt keep me waiting around etc. he also kept up to date with the mortgage from the initial process, right through to completion until I received my keys. Would definitely highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their mortgage sorted who wants someone who knows what theyre doing and who is very reasonably priced.
