Phone Locker Rochdale

They had a laptop hinge repair and a mobile phone that couldn't boot. The hinge repair led to being unable to power on and so it needed to be returned for another repair. Work on freeing the power button is sloppy with numerous scratch marks around the button from the repair. Phone couldn't be fixed. Worst by far and the reason of the 1 star is just the complete lack of communication from them. I was told they would be in touch to discuss the repair but they have never rang me always leaving it down to me to chase. If you phone up they tell you that they need to call the other shop as they had sent the items there and still expect you to call back. Often they will not answer the phone. I was told I could collect items after lunch the next day as they would bring them over and the shop was closed 1.30 before closing time. The next morning they were not open an hour after opening. When they returned the phone the sim was not in there needing us to need to cancel the sim and reorder a new one. No communication, no reliabilty, website doesn't work this whole place is dodgy and I will be avoiding like the plague.

Smashed my iPhone 8 screen and really believed it was beyond repair as everyone said it was a tricky phone to repair and getting long in the tooth ,however this place did a miracle in a very short time and its like new. Great price and good customer service plus a quick turnaround so no phone loss anxiety Highly recommended
