I struggled with the warmups and junan taiso. The lesson went ok, though I struggled even with the basic stance (ichimonji). The sensei, Gavin was kind and patient; that eased my anxiety. The students were patient, respectful and awe inspiring. I would recommend this dojo as a definitive five star location to practice bujinkan ninjutsu.
