Great people, great dojo, it's just a great place to train

Rochdale Warriors is a great club, with excellent facilities, including a fully matted training area. For anyone who reads this, I'd highley recommend visiting the club and asking Sensei Damien McGlaughlin (8th Dan) if you can join, as it is suited for anyone looking for either additional training in Shukokai karate or starting out as a beginner in what is a very rewarding martial art and environment. I've personally known and trained with Sensei Damien McGlaughlin since the early 1980's and can say that his warm, friendly approach, balanced with his high standards, ethics and his now invaluable 40+ years experience, makes this a club highley recommend to any person be that of a senior grade or beginner. I have being training at Rochdale warriors karate club for over 7 years. The club has taught me a range of great techniques in the sport . It has an excellent chief instructor Sensie Damien McLaughlin. The club offers a range of activities such as kate and fighting which are competitive which has lead me in to enter range of competition helping me to win medals, it also helps students improve their technique and fitness. I thoroughly enjoy training at the club and learning new techniques. I recommend this club to people who want to learn the sport. Thank You Samuel Winkley 3rd Dan
