My experience with this company started badly , but ending with happy ending. Originally I ordered from Wowcher a duvet set which was from Sartex Quilts & Textiles Ltd were supposed to receive on 6/09/22 , ordered on 12/08/22. After waiting 4 weeks called the company on 7/09/22 , the lady answering just blew me off saying someone contact me later today , no one did , in between I got sick , week later I called to General enquiries again same thing happened different lady said this is general enquiries we dont deal with Wowcher someone else does and that person is @ lunch break he will call you after 2pm I waited almost 3 hrs ! Nothing until I called General enquiries again this time I got very polite , and very help man called Adeel , he listen to my grievous within 10 minutes Mr. Adeel sorted my problem out he went and checked the warehouse if my duvet set was available, luckily it was he quickly had send to me within 24 . Mr Adeel was amazed why it was sorted first time I called ? And why it took almost 6 from Rochdale to London for parcel to be sent and received ! Im sorry long story what I would like to say to this company is needs please hire more people like Mr Adeel who are very helpful with excellent customer services.
