        Unprofessional and ill mannered lady who attends the phone! I rang about a vacancy and she had no phone manners, very unprofessional and rude. Glad they didn't have a vacancy as I don't want to be treated like rubbish. She didn't even have the decency to apologise even after I told her that I didn't like the way she spoke to me!
