        My last three parcels have all been late. Two, two and three days late. And I'm currently tracking one that was supposed to be here today and the tracking states "There was an issue with your package". I have many other packages coming through ebay via Yodel as well and I dread the end result. Absolute incompetence from Yodel every, single, time. The delivery drivers seem nice enough, but the organisation/admin of the company is a disaster.

        Looks like Im not the only one having the GHOST attempted deliveries, states tried 3 times and card, I work from home FFS, sat near the door, no one tried to deliver, not once. Had to go on a 16 mile round trip to pickup my parcel. This has now happened 3 times, I now ask the online shops which courier they use and if they say Yodel, I shop elsewhere, thats how bad they are.

        Big liers was waiting today for a large parcel they came at the street i saw the driver and opend the door he drove away ! Tracking was updating by saing sorry we missed you we left you card! I called them it's not possible to be transferred to anyone and the life chat is most useless support ever they only give Tracking information! Most worse company ever after hermes.
