My son started with this company,on the multi-drop side, firstly in previous reviews people have slated the company fleet, he was given a brand new van that was spotless, a few weeks where his wages have had a hiccup, and not sorted by his manager, but there is a flow head office email address to sort this, I went to speak with who I did not know was the managing director who was true to his word, sorted out any problems made sure he was paid on time, listened to the issues and went out of his way to sort everything, we was shown the hgv side and the depot and vehicles where all spotless(mercs) and the depot was well managed, don't just go off reviews go and see it your self, the hgv manager was also very approachable, offered us a drink and chocolates whilst waiting in the office. As an armed forces leaver with a hgv it may be worth giving them a call.

My son worked for this company for 3 days. Ridiculously long hours. Spent 220 of his own money for fuel and still not received any payment or wage slip to date! Reason for not getting paid they require proof of NI number, wen this is provided they require a business account to pay the wage to. So I'm in the process of sorting the business acc but I guarantee there will be another issue after this! Supervisor useless, Emailed flow logistics nearly a month ago, today they respond with how they've contacted us numerous times. (Complete lies) first correspondence received today asking for Ni number again! Yes I'm slandering this company and not without good reason, this is our experience and from the reviews and other forums you are well known for it! You withhold ppls earnings and that's against the law! If you've had issues with this company and wages contact Acas they can help. I've also reported this company to HMRC. In response to your response. Please stop lying! Send me proof of your 15 times of contact! When I ring I leave my number and no1 contacts me. Only today have I had a first email asking for his NI number again which was provided weeks ago to the supervisor Paul.! I'm awaiting your email response to my response today. For weeks he was told you get paid next week, then you require proof of NI number, now it's open business acc. Excuse after excuse. I know he will get paid the question is when? And guaranteed it will be a pittance that won't even cover his costs, for that's another thing I've read about this company adding scandalous charges! You basically employ ppl as self employed and this is how u get away with it, the hours worked don't even cover minimum wage! Wages are withheld while the fat cats up above enjoy. This is not acceptable and hopefully something is done about the way this company treats ppl.

worked for over a month for this company. This was almost 3 months ago and I've still not been payed they have ignored my messages and calls. SCAM JOB!

Awful company to work for, pathetic management, wages nowhere near to make up for the ridiculously long hours were expected to work.

Everything Went Well Until I Finished From Working With Flow Cudnt Hav Had Better Help If I Wanted Throughout The Period Working For Thm But Wen It Come To Leaving My Deposit Or Pay Hasnt Been Payed Back To Me Which Is A Joke As I Worked For My Money Aswell As Cant Get A Anser From Any1 Wont Respond To Messages Or Fonecalls
