Spoke to Yassar, a very knowledgeable and courteous lawyer who proffered highly pertinent advice regarding my RTA inquiry, in an easily comprehendible and holistic manner sans any dilly dallying or bearing around the (legal) bush: Yassar got straight to the point and answered all my questions without obfuscating or omitting anything. I found this very commendable indeed. I appreciated the advice I received and crucially, the manner in which I received it: honest and straightforward in tandem with the relevant legal knowledge.
