I have not had 1 letter, email or phone call on progress on my claim although the have all evidence and doctors reports. Only time I speak with them is when I constantly have to phone and chase it up myself with the same answer every time. Absolutely shocking not one apologie for the way I have been treated. Never get chance to speak to a solicitor, for a professional service they certainly are not providing that to there clients. I advise anyone to please seek a solicitor from from somewhere else, they are slack to put it bluntly. They are incompetent!!!
