MARK CLEMENTS
What was a simple no chain exchange was dragged out for 3 months. Unfortunately someone forgot to send things, waiting for senior partners who were on holiday, wrong post codes on documents and constant inconsistent communication about delays. Expect inconvenience at your cost.
