I have had nothing but a terrible experience with Kia Premier Rochdale. My car has been in repair with them since 1st March 2023, they are unable to get shipment on a part that is coming from Korea, there hasn't been an ETA on it since its been ordered. I wasn't made aware that the part hadn't actually arrived when i took my Vehicle into them, each week i have been chasing Kia as i have been promised updates and i just hear nothing from them. They haven't offered me a courtesy car as my current vehicle is not in warranty, they wont offer to waver the fee of their loan vehicles, they have done/offered nothing to help me. Im currently 26 weeks pregnant and i rely on a vehicle for work and due to this i am using public transport to travel. I have submitted a written complaint over 2 weeks ago, I've bee n told this has been escalated and still no ETA or resolution to get me into a vehicle, in fact the feedback i got was that they declined to offer me anything. The lady dealing with this Kirstie Major-Bird has been poor throughout with communication and has been ignoring my request to get a response to my complaint. At this point its unknown when i will get my car back and without this repair it wont pass its MOT, without a vehicle for the foreseeable. This might not be a true representation of Kia however my experience with this particular dealership and the manufactures/supplier of the parts has been terrible and has tarnished their reputation.

A very good experience on buying my car. Charlie had provided professional opinions on how to arrange distance sale, gave me details on the car info, photo, video & explaination. No hard sales but give me confidence to purchase.
