A couple of boxes were damaged but that didn't affect what was inside. Can't really complain as they were cheap.

Ordered 1st July, monies taken and credited to Clearance Shed. I have chased my order 4 times to request an update no response.
Clearance Shed do not respond via email or their 'Contact Us' page.

Ordered something which came faulty;
I contacted customer services as their website says you have to get authorisation for a return.
They told me I had to arrange a courier and gave me a website which apparently cost 2.99. I tried to get a quote and it was coming to over 29- my actual order cost 31!
I informed them of this and they said they would send me a return label. Heard nothing for a few days then received an email stating they couldnt do the 2.99 return and they were getting high quotes ?? The information on the website contradicts the information from customer service. Literally no point in me returning my item as the refund I would get would just about cover the return! Really awful policies and customer service. Stay away!
