        Just rang in to discuss renewal of a fleet policy I have had with another broker for the last six years. I was met with an extremely rude woman who would refuse to give me her name. Asking me questions which were not relevant to getting a renewal quote. I cannot even explain what a bad attitude she had. Why am I ringing them ? Where is my other broker based? Where did I get there number from? So I asked her why she has such a bad attitude and she just laughed and said answer the questions otherwise Im not getting a quote. Plenty of brokers out there very bad attitude. You guys have missed out on some good business tough luck! I hope other people dont experience the same. As promised on the phone call a review was going to follow. VERY VERY bad experience
