Ordered from Deliveroo they accepted the order, app said it would arrive at 00:00 and I ordered it at 11:33, it was getting on to 00:30 and It still wasnt here, I searched them up they closed at 11:30, why they accepted the order I have no idea, then it's now's 1:50 they said the order has delivered, when infact it was never delivered, I'm brining an open dispute to Deliveroo and will not order from here again. And I am wanting a refund for the food I didn't receive. I don't usually give reviews but this really annoyed me. SubhanAllah this is Criminal.
